This beautiful villa with pool is located in the small, enchanting town of Medulin, only 500 meters from the sea. The villa has large living area with kitchen, dining room, 2 master bedroom with en-suite bathrooms.
Each bedroom has its own air conditioner!
A total of up to 4 adult people will find space in this beautiful villa. There is also terrace on the ground floor which is equipped with table and chairs.
Outside there is a beautiful, private pool, which is only for you and in which you can refresh yourself at any time. Sun loungers, parasols, an outdoor shower and a barbecue complete the outdoor area and ensure cosy, shared hours.
Furthermore, the kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, coffee machine, microwave and the living room with LCD TV-sat and air conditioning.
Wi-Fi is free. The fenced garden and private parking on the property provide enough privacy to make your holiday as quiet as possible outside the city.
In the garden (900 m2) there is a covered terrace with dining table (for 6 persons) and a barbecue area where you can enjoy preparing delicious meals and spice them with aromatic herbs from the garden that surrounds it.
